Global insurer Chubb has announced the appointment of Paul Jones as Head of Accident & Health (A&H) for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Based in Jones Paul will lead Chubb’s A&H business across EMEA, with responsibility for setting and delivering its growth strategy.
By delivering the full suit of Chubb’s A&H capabilities to corporate clients, affinity groups and consumers, he aims to strengthen core relationships while leveraging the full breadth of Chubb’s proposition to identify opportunities for growth across established and emerging markets.
Jones initially joined Chubb in 2018 as Head of Travel, EMEA and then led the Small Commercial and Middle Market division, and has held a number of positions within the company since them.
In 2022, he moved to Madrid to lead the EMEA Underwriting & Servicing Centre and develop Chubb’s regional capabilities. And in 2025, he was appointed Head of Corporate A&H, EMEA, his most recent position.

Before joining Chubb, Jones also held senior leadership positions at Aon and AIG.
Ana Robic, Regional President EMEA, Chubb, said: “Paul is a proven leader in A&H with broad market experience across consumer and corporate products and distribution.
“He has a strong understanding of the needs of our clients and partners and the opportunities for businesses operating in our region. His appointment positions us well as we continue to broaden our offering and deliver high-quality solutions for clients across the region.”
