Arch Insurance’s UK Regional Division has announced the appointment of Karen Donald as Branch Manager of its Glasgow operations.
In her new role, Donald will oversee the branch’s day-to-day operations, manage broker distribution and drive the delivery of Arch’s growth strategy across Scotland. She will report to Janine Starkie, Regional Manager, North & Scotland.
She brings more than 35 years of insurance industry experience and has spent most of her career operating exclusively within the Scottish market.
Donald joins Arch Insurance from AXA, where she most recently served as Regional Underwriting Manager.
Starkie commented, “Karen’s appointment reflects our commitment to strengthening our presence and relationships across Scotland. With extensive experience, local market knowledge and a clear focus on delivering for customers, she is ideally placed to help us drive growth and further elevate our broker partnerships.”
