OAK Global, a specialist risk and underwriting partner, has strengthened its leadership team with two senior underwriting and risk appointments: Fraser Scott has been promoted to Director of Underwriting Planning and Performance , and John Coe has been named Chief Risk and Compliance Officer.

In his new position, Scott will oversee the coordination of business planning and performance management for OAK Global’s underwriting portfolios across Lloyd’s’ Syndicates 2843 and 1440.

To support synchronise performance across the expanding underwriting division, he will align portfolio monitoring with strategic business planning while collaborating closely with Active Underwriters.

A qualified actuary with 20 years’ experience in the London Market and Lloyd’s, Coe has joined OAK Global to spearhead the continued integration of the company’s risk ecosystem in alignment with Lloyd’s and UK regulatory expectations, while enabling disciplined growth.

In his new role, the executive will focus on governance, risk oversight, and board and regulatory engagement.
